Woman arrested on drug charges

Oconee sheriff’s officers arrested a 34-year old woman Saturday on drug charges. The arrest of Kalena Renee Lay took place in the Tokeena-Crossroads area of Oconee County.  Nearly 4,000 smallmouth bass were stocked Wednesday in Lake Jocassee at the Devil’s Fork State Park.
