The woman representing Oconee, Anderson, Pickens and the other 3rd Congressional District counties on the state’s DOT commission has been named commission vice-chair. She’s Pamela Christopher of Anderson. Christopher received the appointment at this week’s commission meeting. In that meeting an Horry County man, Tony K. Cox, was named commission chairman.
