Chrisleys sentenced

The reality TV stars from Westminster have been sentenced to prison.  Accounts of news outlets show Todd Chrisley’s sentence is 12 years in federal prison; his wife, Julie Chrisley, sentenced to seven years.  The couple star in “Chrisleys Know  Best” but they were found guilty of conspiring to defraud community banks out of more than $30 million in fraudulent loans.

Illicit drug use deaths in Anderson

Two people have died in Anderson.  Two others are in hospital.  The county coroner says authorities went to a home around 2 Sunday morning in Anderson County, in response to a drug overdose call. Saturday night Pendleton traffic fatality

A motor vehicle passenger was the fatality in an early Saturday night two-vehicle crash in Pendleton.  The deputy Anderson County coroner, Don McCown, identified the fatality as David Ernest Loudin, 75-year old Anderson resident.
