George Cleveland loses appeal

A high court has rejected George Cleveland’s appeal of the dismissal of his civil lawsuit against the city of Seneca. The South Carolina Appeals Court upheld the decision of 10th Circuit Judge Lawton McIntosh to dismiss Cleveland’s claim at the pre-trial level.
