Seneca woman charged with exploitation of vulnerable adult

Watkins Seed Library is restocked with seeds for the spring planting season.  Oconeeans, at no charge, may pick up seeds during regular hours of the Westminster Library or the Oconee History Museum in Walhalla. Since 2021, the Watkins Seed Library has given away more than 10 thousand packs of seeds to county residents.
