Council to receive tree recommendations

The committee working on replacement trees for downtown Walhalla will likely recommend oak trees in the center islands and maple trees on the intersection corners.  Dan Pollock says, “We’ll be offering 2-3 varieties of each for Council to consider.”  More information is likely to be made known during Monday’s meeting of Partners for Progress.
