Arrest in trailer theft investigation

A theft two weeks ago in Fair Play led to the arrest early yesterday of Roebuck, South Carolina resident Michael Eugene Smith Jr.  Arrest and case records show charges against 51-year old Smith of grand larceny and malicious injury to personal property—the theft of a dump trailer July 3 at Boone’s Buggies on S. Highway 11.
