Annual audit delivered to OSD

Oconee County public school spending during the previous fiscal year totaled $85 million. The outside audit report, presented to last night’s board of trustees meeting, showed state revenue covered a drop in local tax revenues. And it means the district likely will be able to avoid having to take out a loan against future tax revenues.
