The last of five years of increasing, incremental South Carolina gas pump prices kick in tomorrow–Friday, July 1. It means a two-cent-a-gallon increase. Across the country, according to the Energy Department, gas prices went down 9 cents a gallon on average last week….to a nationwide average of $4.87 a gallon.
