The Oconee Sheriff’s Office arrested an Anderson County woman and an Athens, Georgia man on drug trafficking charges in separate Sunday incidents in the county. The Sheriff’s Office identified 34-year old Belton resident Tabitha Ann Hammond and 57-year old Athens resident Timothy Charles Pinkham of having been booked into the Oconee Detention Center.
