Woman falls 100′ down a mountain

An unidentified woman has apparently survived a 100-foot fall down a steep and rocky mountain slope near Toccoa, Georgia.  Radio WNEG reports the woman was rescued Tuesday from the summit of Currahee Mountain.  Rescuers determined the fall originated from a narrow trail near a rock outcropping, used as a look out location.  She is said to have sustained significant injuries […]
