A school bus accident in Westminster.  It apparently involved a second vehicle, a car.  The accident scene is Windsor Street near the railroad underpass and the traffic lights at 183/the Westminster-Walhalla Highway.  Traffic is blocked.  Public safety responders are at the scene.
