The Oconee Chamber of Commerce, once again, has put out a help-wanted sign. Car driver temporarily evades arrest

A midnight hour traffic stop in Seneca on the 123 By-Pass led to the arrest of a driver on three charges.  Chief Bowling released law enforcement records showing the arrest of E.
