School bus riders may go maskless

A new relaxation of the rules governing COVID-19 protection.  In line with new guidance from the CDC, the South Carolina Deparrtment of Education has removed the requirement that students and staff wear masks on state-owned and operated school buses.  “Therefore,” says Oconee School District, “effective immediately, SDOC students and staff will no longer be required to wear masks on buses.”
