A ceremonial oath will be given

A ceremony to administer the oath to the winners in Westminster’s last municipal election will take place at 4 o’clock tomorrow afternoon at the city’s Historic Depot on Main Street.  Starting his first city council term will be Dale Glymph.  Taking the oath for new, four-year terms:  Jimmy Powell and Yousef Mefleh.
