Oconee COVID deaths are rising

This afternoon’s South Carolina DHEC report contains 28 new COVID-19 deaths across the state.  Once again, three of those deaths were Oconee residents.  That’s the second straight day of three Oconee COVID deaths.  Across the state, 420 new cases of the virus were confirmed–18 of them  in Oconee County.  Of 16,839 test results, the new positivity:  4.9%.
