Walhalla domestic investigation produces five criminal charges

A Monday domestic disturbance investigation in Walhalla led to the police filing five charges against a Greenville man.  Law enforcement records identify the arrested man as Taylor Earl Howard.  Of the five offenses, Howard is charged twice with kidnapping. A domestic violence high and aggravated warrant accuses 30-year-old Howard of wielding a knife in the commission of the crime.
