Woman charged with killing roommate

The police and what appeared to be a pair of tow trucks remain at the scene of an accident this morning near Seneca.  No injuries reported, according to county dispatch.  The highway patrol logged the accident at 3:33 this morning on 123, the Clemson Boulevard near the Carson Road.
