The police, the EMS, and the fire department all have had resources at the scene of a 123 Seneca By-Pass accident this afternoon.  According to one bystander, one of two vehicles involved in the accident is believed to have gone off the highway and hit outdoor restaurant property in front of Wendy’s.  Not clear immediately if there were any injuries.
