Busy 2023 for the Soil and Water Conservation District

Mark Fischer, the first-year manager of Oconee Soil and Water Conservation District, is taking measure of a multi-number of achievements in 2023.  The accomplishments are reported in an interview airing on 101.7/WGOG NEWS.
