68 new cases, zero deaths

On July 4, South Carolina recorded 68 new cases of COVID-19, including two Oconee County cases.  Of 2,547 test results received by Independence Day, the state positivity was 3.8%.  So far, in the first four days of July, there were a total of 13 new confirmed virus cases among the Oconee County populace, but no new deaths.
