Compensating college athletes

Governor Henry McMaster comes to Clemson this afternoon for the ceremonial signing of legislation that provides for compensating college athletes.  The governor will be joined by a Clemson President Clements, Athletic Director Radakovich, along with Chance Miller of the athletic department at USC, among others, to draw attention to what’s provided by Senate bill 685.
