New price tag for magistrate’s office

The package to land Judge Will Derrick and staff in new digs at Westminster could exceed $900 thousand.  Oconee County Council will be asked Tuesday night to award the Trehel Corporation a work directive of nearly 775 thousand dollars to build the new magistrates office.  Attached to that would be a contingency figure of $153.5 thousand.
