Second arrest in Westminster shooting

A second man has been arrested in the police investigation of gunfire last week at a Westminster street corner.  According to law enforcement records, the second arrest is that of Jerad Milton Grimes.  Eighteen-year old Grimes is charged with assault/battery by mob second degree in the shooting that wounded and hospitalized a 24-year old man.
