Bullets hit two squad cars — bullet nearly hit a second deputy

Oconee Sheriff Mike Crenshaw told last night’s county council meeting that, during last Thursday’s officer-involved shooting, a second deputy narrowly avoided a bullet.  In all, he told the council, bullets penetrated two squad cars. Yellow-legged hornet documented in downstate county
