Superintendent Spearman to speak in Westminster

The state’s education superintendent, Molly Spearman, will keynote this year’s Rotary Apple Festival luncheon in Westminster.  Rotarian Sam Dickson made the announcement today during a club meeting.  This year’s luncheon takes place Friday, September 9.  Tickets have yet to be printed because organizers have not yet decided how food costs will reflect on the price of this year’s luncheon.
