Three Toccoa,Ga residents have been arrested in connection with a child molestation case in Stephens County.  WNEG radio reports Stephens County Sheriff Randy Shirley says the investigation involved his office, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and the Mountain Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office.
