The world’s largest Christian church elected a new leader on Wednesday. Seventy-six year-old Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio of Argentina, the Archbishop of Buenos Aires, was elected Pope by the Conclave of Cardinals meeting at the Sistine Chapel in Rome. Walhalla Defeats West-Oak in Monday’s Baseball Action

February 26, 2013

High school baseball on Monday saw Walhalla defeat West-Oak 19-7 in the opening round of the Anderson-Oconee Preseason Tournament. The game lasted five innings. Luke Pace got the win for the Razors. Play continues Tuesday night as Walhalla will host TL Hanna and West-Oak will host Daniel. First pitch in both games is set for 6:30 PM.
