Bailes to make return bid

Lamar Bailes has been a Walhalla councilman, a mayor, and a clerk-treasurer. He’s now mounting a bid to make it back to the city council. Bailes today was an open-day qualifier to run for a vacant city council seat. Special Election Day in Walhalla is November 18.
