The Oconee-Pickens state senator says a gas tax increase alone won’t completely take care of South Carolina’s deteriorating roads and bridges. We asked Senator Thomas Alexander to comment on Oconee County resident Doug Young’s request of the County Council to contact Alexander and the rest of the county’s state lawmakers “to get something going.
