Bathrooms ready at the bus stop

To benefit the traveling public, bathrooms have been completed at Seneca’s bus stop on Railroad Street at the Norton-Thompson Park.  But, while the bathrooms are ready to be put into use, the city will wait until it makes arrangements with a cleaning service to maintain them.  Ed Halbig, director of planning and community development, told the city council last night the bathrooms will be open to the public during the regular hours of “CAT” bus runs—Monday through Friday 6 a-m to 6 p-m.  They will also be available during special events.
