Bill OK’d for increased refugee re-settlement oversight

A House bill that calls for increased oversight of Syrian re-settling refugees in the U-S passed 289-137.  And Congressman Jeff Duncan says he was proud to vote yes for a bill that attracted bi-partisan support.  Duncan, the Third District Republican, repeated his call for President Obama to immediately stop re-settlement of any refugees from Syria and other countries with known radical Islamic terrorist cells at least, he says, until ISIS has been defeated and an improved refugee vetting process has been established.
