Body ID’d

A body found last weekend in Rabun County, Georgia has been identified as a Kennesaw, Georgia man. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s Division of Forensic Science confirmed that the body found on Saturday, September 15th off the Bartram Trail in the Darnell Creek area is Richard Arnold Masters of Kennesaw, Georgia.Sheriff Frank Andrews gave the few available details surrounding Master’s death. SKY 104 Radio at Clayton quotes Andrews as saying,“Our investigation is still open. It appears that his condition was self-inflicted.”According to Rabun County Coroner Sam Beck, the family has already been notified. Masters was last heard from nearly two months ago when he sent his brother a letter postmarked in the City of Clayton.
