Bogus returns alleged at Tractor Supply

An employee of a store near Seneca has been arrested and accused of making false returns of store items and pocketing the cash.  Oconee law enforcement authorities reported the arrest yesterday of PickensCounty resident Buddy Khanh Hendrix on the charge of breach of trust with fraudulent intent.  An arrest affidavit alleges the 43-year old Hendrix, resident of the Dacusville Highway, Easley, while on the job at Tractor Supply on Thrift Avenue near Seneca, received in trust two wooden dog houses, a 25-mile fence, and a quantity of high wire steel, “then appropriated the property to his own use by taking these items as an employee of the store and doing bogus returns on the items and pocketing the cash with the fraudulent intent to deprive the owners.”  Hendrix was arrested by the Oconee Sheriff’s Office.
