Braves complete sweep of Miami

David Ross and Andrelton Simmons raced home on left fielder Bryan Peterson’s costly error, sending Tommy Hanson and the Atlanta Braves to a 6-2 victory over the Miami Marlins on Thursday night. Hanson allowed two runs, one earned, and six hits in 5 1/3 innings for his first win since July 30, also against Miami. The right-hander was 0-4 with a 5.06 ERA in his previous seven starts.  The Braves begin the final home stand of the season Friday night against the New York Mets at 7:30 PM.  Record crowds are expected at Turner Field this weekend to see Chipper Jones in his final home series as an Atlanta Brave.
