Brian Ramey’s pitch to Westminster Council

Following an executive session last night, Westminster City Council took no action. The council went into a private meeting with its attorney to discuss negotiations related to a Chauga River conservation easement granted Upstate Forever, opposed Brian Ramey and other Ramey neighbors. During public comment, Ramey referred to a proposal that he has made to the city and elaborated on his opposition to the conservation easement which he outlined last month. He and his neighbors worry that, from where they live, the conservation easement will deny them access to the river.
