Richard Clayton Sr. was being held in the city jail charged with burglary first degree, financial transaction card theft, petty larceny, and trespassing after notice. The police believe Clayton followed someone into the locked Manning Hall and entered a student’s room. According to warrants, a wallet with debit and gift cards, a cell phone and keys were taken.
