Warrant alleges child victimized by sex crime

The Oconee Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man near Westminster on the charges of criminal sexual conduct with a minor. According to the Sheriff’s Office, the arrest of Donald Hobart Dame, 51 years old, took place Tuesday. Dame is accused an incident during the last few days of March, according to an affidavit signed by Investigator Tim Rice.
