Zoning change requested in Seneca

The corner of Dalton Road and WS 4th Street is up for a zoning change in Seneca. The planning commission will accept comment Monday on a request by Tucker Hydrick to change the zoning from R-15 to R-10. Property owners are Sam and Jo Ellen Thrift.
