Things got hot and smoky late last night inside a Walhalla apartment unit. City fire fighters rolled to a report of smoke inside a unit at Highland Glen Apartments on E. Main Street. The occupant there put an end to the emergency in the kitchen by throwing a smoky pan into the sink.

Drug bust in vicinity of Seneca’s E.S. 2nd Street

Seven arrests were made Wednesday in a one-month drug investigation in Seneca. The arrests arose from a traffic stop as a vehicle left 803 E.
