The Carolina Panthers announced Monday morning that general manager Marty Hurney has been relieved of his duties.  The move came a day after a 19-14 loss to Dallas gave Carolina a 1-5 start despite it having one of the league’s higher payrolls. Clemson coach Dabo Swinney Sunday confirmed cornerback Darius Robinson will miss the rest of the regular season after it was determined he has a fractured ankle.
