Central wishes it to be known….

October 23, 2013

The Pickens County town of Central takes the Federal Fair Housing Law seriously. That law holds that it’s illegal to discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, family status or national origin. According to a public service announcement being distributed on behalf of Central, anyone who feels he or she has been discriminated against may file a complaint of housing discrimination with the U-S Department of Housing at 1-800/669-9777 (toll free).
