Scott Krein, director of Oconee Emergency Services, spoke on the importance this week of preparing for a catastrophe. Krein’s audience was an after-hours and membership soiree held by the Walhalla Chamber of Commerce On Tuesday at Janet Neville’s Calyx Farms on highway 11.
