Changes to Seneca’s electric power deal

In a special meeting Monday, Seneca City Council will consider changes to its wholesale electric power purchase arrangement with the South Carolina Public Service Authority.  On the agenda is first reading of an amendment to the service and ancillary agreements between the two parties.  The mayor and council are also to consider first readings of new budgets for the 2016-17 year.  The council meets at 6 Monday night at City Hall.
