Chase started in Seneca and ended there

A police chase in Seneca that started on Perkins Creek Road and ended across town at a home on Allen Street covered at least eight other streets and some in the county. In the end a Seneca policeman drew his gun to capture the suspect who abandoned the pickup truck and ran into the home at 306 Allen Street and then exited by a back door. Last night’s chase started when a policeman spotted a black truck moving at a high rate of speed. It was shortly afterward that the police received a report that the truck they were chasing had been stolen earlier. The driver, Dustin Coleman Capps of Seneca, was charged with four offenses: reckless driving, failure to stop for a blue light, driving under suspension, and use of vehicle without owner’s consent.
