Child sex crimes alleged in Westminster

An investigation in Westminster led the city police to arrest and charge a 45-year old man in a case alleging child sex crimes.  An announcement by Chief Dean Awalt states the man arrested, Robert Keith Witzman, was charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor second degree and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.  Affidavits to warrants charging Witzman allege the crimes occurred Friday at the defendant’s home, 305 West-Oak Highway.
