Church burglarized and vandalized

Ann Hope Intruders at a church near Seneca stole property and left thousands of dollars worth of  vandalism and the public is being asked for information to help solve the crime. Jim Morgan, the minister at Ann Hope United Methodist Church, told an Oconee deputy that the Goddard Avenue church was broken into between 8 o’clock Thursday night and 2 o’clock Saturday afternoon. If you have information about the crimes, call Crime Stoppers at 864/638-STOP, 1-888-Crime-SC, or text your tip to 274637. You don’t have to give your name and if your tip leads to an arrest, you could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2 thousand.
