City councils hold private meetings

Westminster Mayor Brian Ramey says the city council took no action last night after a closed-door meeting related to the job of code enforcement.  Two other governing bodies, with their attorneys, also went behind closed doors.  At the request of town attorney Ann Sullivan, West Union Town Council went into executive session to consider a potential legal claim.  After its closed-door meeting, the Seneca City Council accepted a pair of settlements for the loss of a passenger bus destroyed by fire at the factory.
