City Hall roof to be fixed!

A roofing contractor driving by the Seneca City Hall could tell just by looking there was something wrong with the City Hall roof. He reported what he saw, and that led to the city’s insurer authorizing roof repairs. After an executive session last night, the city council agreed to hire a Greenville company, Turn Key Roofing, to fix the roof for 19 thousand, 237 dollars. The roof was apparently damaged by a storm. City Clerk-Treasurer Joel Seavey said the roofer who discovered the problem bid for the job, but was not the winning bidder.
