Walhalla – Clara James Owens, 76, wife of Melvin Owens, of 405 Walnut Street, passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at her residence.   A funeral service will be held 3:30 pm, Friday, August 19, 2016 from the Chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 2-3 prior to the service at Sandifer Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Heritage Memorial Gardens.
